CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) is a sheet that is used to determine certain styles and design of a webpage. It is important when determining how certain headings, tables, etc. work. It takes a bunch of coding out of your HTML code. CSS is written in a notepad generally and it will get saved with all your other documents in your file for your website. It is inserted usually at the start of your HTML code.
