Wix - I am a fan of Wix. It would be a good tool for beginners and good if you want pre-designed things. However, being a free domain server the URL will look a bit unprofessional. I also am not a huge fan of the layout they have currently with the short boxes. (Although you can change them a bit.)

Wordpress - Wordpress is really good for if you want others to be able to contribute to your site or be an author. It makes it more collaborative. Navigating around Wordpress and getting the hang of it is a bit difficult. 

Joomla - I can't comment on Joomla too much as I haven't used it at all, yet. 

Html - I love the creative freedom of Html and being able to code exactly what you may want. It is a lengthy process to learn and remember all the tags and at times the codes are super sensitive and the smallest mistake could lead to some setbacks.
